Prepared for Cassie Comins

Everything from our call, in one place.

Genuinely enjoyed that conversation, Cassie. A team that's gone from $40M to $270M in two years and still wants to be number one is exactly who we do our best work with. Below is what I promised: a sample of the leads our system surfaces, the thinking behind each one, and the few things we need from you to scope this properly for Monday.

This isn't a proposal. It's the working material between now and Monday.
How it works

Your reps don't cold-call. We hand you booked meetings.

Our team does the business development on your behalf, qualifies every lead to your bar, builds the relationship with the decision-maker, and hands your closers a meeting that's ready to win. You just close.

1
We surfaceOur system finds the right accounts at the right moment, every day.
2
We qualifyAgainst your exact criteria, so nothing soft reaches your team.
3
We bookWe open the door with the decision-maker and set the meeting.
4
You closeYour reps walk into a warm, qualified conversation.
Your leads

A sample of what comes through, every day.

A simplified snapshot, not a call list for your team. These are the raw leads our reps would qualify and book. All biased to merit-shop / right-to-work, your lane, with the two union ones flagged to qualify first.

The reasons to call

Each lead tied to what they're publicly trying to achieve.

The signal says they're hiring. The angle below ties craft labour to the company's own stated goal and deadline, so it's a real reason to be early, not "you're hiring electricians."

Rosendin Electric

Restructured leadership in 2026 to chase data-centre/AI growth; customers forecasting work 10–20 years out.
Reason to call: they told the market their growth is a people problem before anything else. Lifting that craft ceiling is exactly what we do.

Scout Motors

Publicly defending a 2027 production start in South Carolina against delay reports.
Reason to call: labour is what slips an auto launch in a tight local market, and we're SC-local. We keep 2027 on the table.

QTS Data Centers

Blackstone-backed; pre-selling whole gigawatt buildings to hyperscalers on a rapid-deployment promise.
Reason to call: the one thing that blows a pre-sold delivery date is craft availability. We protect the speed they sell.

Faith Technologies

Industrialising electrical construction via modular prefab; opening new Excellerate plants.
Reason to call: the model still needs craft to build the modules and install them. We feed both, so it isn't capped by headcount.

MMR Group

Grew 75% in a year to $2.3B pivoting into data centres + semiconductors.
Reason to call: holding that growth is an E&I craft-supply problem, the scarcest trade in this space. That's our lane.

Vantage & Micron

A 1.4GW Texas campus for OpenAI (H2 2026); a megafab with 2026 memory already sold out.
Reason to call: both have a hard deadline that only craft can sink. Lead on the merit-shop builds (TX, Idaho), qualify union first.
What we need from you

Four things, so we can scope it properly for Monday.

These are the inputs that let us write a tight scope and a meeting guarantee that actually means something. Drop them below, or upload the docs, whatever's quickest. You can send what you have now and the rest later.

The kinds of accounts and contracts you run, so the meetings we book are the ones that actually convert for you. Type a summary and/or upload the breakdown.
📎 Upload contract-base docs (optional):
So we target the right buyers and qualify to the roles that make you the most money. You mentioned 10 skilled-trades + 5 direct-hire a month.
So we can size the ROI and price the retainer to your economics, and prove the maths works before you commit anything. Type the key ones and/or upload your schedule.
📎 Upload fee schedule (optional):
This defines a "qualified meeting", so the ones we guarantee are genuinely worth your reps' time. Here's my starting read from our call, tick what's right and tell me what to change.

Got it, thank you, Cassie.

That's landed with us. I'll build the proposal around your real numbers and bring it to Monday. If you've more to add, just refresh this page and send again, or drop me a line.

Monday

Then it's a "let's go" conversation, not a "let me find out" one.

I'll get you, me and Anton (our head of sales, who you'll work with day to day) on the 22nd. I'll send the invite in your time, US Eastern, so there's no timezone gymnastics this round. With the four things above in hand, we'll come with the full proposal, the pricing, the meeting guarantee and case studies.
